Frozen sweetened lemon puree. 90% fruit / 10% beet sugar.
SHELF-LIFE: SHELF-LIFE: Store at 0º F (-18˚C). Frozen shelf life: 24 months. After thawing, store for 5 days in the refrigerator. Do not refreeze after thawing.
DEFROST: Ready to use. Defrost the product in its original and closed packaging at 36º F / 39º F (+2 / +4˚C) to keep all the organoleptic qualities of the product. Defrost the whole product ad stir it before using.
CERTIFICATIONS GMO FREE.
